A bolster is a compact cushion in a round or rectangular shape. Bolsters are designed to support the back, neck, lumbar or knee joints during restorative yoga poses and promote deeper relaxation.

Cover (**): 100% organic cotton with zipper at the bottom.
Inner cushion: unbleached organic cotton (100%), closed with a string
Filling: good quality buckwheat chaff, without irregularities.

Our bolsters are filled with buckwheat chaff. This ensures even distribution and therefore optimal comfort. The filling can be added or reduced as desired.
