A bolster is a compact round or rectangular pillow. It is designed to provide support for the back, neck, kidney area, back of the knees and arms during certain active or relaxing yoga postures. Our bolsters support your body particularly well because they are filled with buckwheat chaff. The filling can be increased or reduced as desired, for example when it comes to supporting the lower back.

Recommendation: we recommend two pillows for the shoulder positions; a pillow the actual size would be too heavy. Apart from that, you can determine the height depending on the mobility of your neck and head.
