Cooling and warming up
If you cool eye and/or neck pillows for a while, you can also cool your eyes, neck and shoulders. To do this, place a pillow in the freezer compartment of your refrigerator for about 10 minutes or store it in a plastic bag with a cold cooling element for a few hours. When the cooling effect wears off, you can turn the pillow over to enjoy the effect for a little longer.

You can also treat tired eyes or neck muscles by warming the pillow slightly above body temperature. To do this, put it briefly in the microwave.

Before use, check that the product is not too hot to avoid burns or injuries!

Caution: Never place a hot pillow directly on your eyes!

Cleaning/Care
Sterilize the pillow by heating it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Stains can be removed with a steam cleaner.
