Instructions for use:
Elixir: Drizzle 4 drops under the tongue or drink dissolved in a glass of water up to 4 times a day.
Essential Oil Synergy: Vape for 15 to 20 minutes or inhale 1-3 times daily.

Elixir Sleep: Organic Brandy (99.6%) 40% vol, Plant extracts 0.4% (1/250): Ornithogallum umbellatum, Aesculus carnea, Aesculus hippocastanum, Populus tremula, Verbena officinalis.
Essential oil sleep: Amyris balsamifera bark oil, citrus aurantium dulcis oil, cinnamomum camphoa oil, litsea cubeba oil, jasmimum grandifloum extract, limonene, linalol, citral, géraniol, citronellol, arnesol, benzyl, benzonate.
Anwendung

Elixier: gemäß Herstellerangabe 4 Tropfen viermal täglich einnehmen, pur oder in Wasser. Ätherische Ölmischung: wenige Tropfen im geeigneten Diffuser 15 bis 20 Minuten verdampfen lassen. Verpackungsangaben beachten.
