Lighting a candle
In many traditions around the world, lighting a candle is a sacred act that means more than words can say; it's about gratitude and silence. Since ancient times, people have lit candles in sacred places. Maybe you would like to start or end your day with this simple ritual - simply lighting a candle. The important thing is: do everything slowly and with mindfulness .
