The bright red calyxes are particularly popular as a home tea in hot regions.
The high proportion of fruit acids results in a refreshing infusion that can be drunk both hot and cold.

Important NOTE

Always pour herbal, spice and vegetable tea mixtures with boiling water and let them steep for at least 6-8 minutes! This is the only way to get safe food.
