Lime is a citrus fruit with green skin and sour, aromatic pulp that comes from Southeast Asia and is now cultivated in the tropics, Africa and Central America. Lime trees grow up to 5 meters high, the fruits are juicier than lemons and highly valued for their intense aroma.
